heh, i'm still in sydney, so there's still time! but alas, i doubt i will be able to get out and do any night time HDR.
as for moving water HDR... that'll be tricky because the form of your water will change with each photo, thus giving you ghosting and whatnot...unless you manage to some how use a long enough exposure for all your shots to give that fog like look to your water? i dunno, i wish you luck with it!
