Hi - Matt's partner Rae here on the Vista laptop. Matt's at work today, so we're working together to try to get this going.
We've got all the bars displaying now, changed to 15fps, installed the firewire management program, changed to the Y800 codec. IC Capture keeps freezing and we're still getting the same error message. Updated screen dump attached.
Beginning to think it's a problem with the camera or perhaps more likely the powered hub??
