Having some problems with my DMK.

I'm getting this error message when I open IC Capture and try to connect to the camera.

Camera has worked fine up until the last few days.

Now, can't get it to work on mine (XP) or my partner's laptop (Vista).

Laptop repeatedly freezes when running IC Capture.

Have written to The Imaging Source and am awaiting a solution (hopefully).
