At approximately 10.50pm tonight....
I SAW HOLMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's quite high in the sky (compared to what i thought it would be). It's even above the trees I have in the north. It's next to that star, Mirfak, in Perseus. All I can see in my 15x70s is a fuzzy blob. Not quite naked eye because of the light pollution, not so great transparency, and scattered clouds....BUT I SAW IT!!!
Now i can sleep in peace......
