The moon has gravity too. I admittedly don't know anything about this, but 5 minutes with Google

and I see they are thinking of spinning the stuff somehow to create a stable parabolic shape. Cutting edge stuff, and I don't think any members would be using it
Not sure how cost could be an advantage as it will probably cost millions to develop. Can't wait for the results in 15-20 years though! I'll have plenty of time to read about it in my retirement.
