Well, in reasonable seeing, once Orion had climbed up a bit, I managed to see A,B,C,D,E and F very clearly, and was optimistically looking for the rest. It was a wonderful night. I saw first light on Eta Carina with my new 16" Lightbridge - wonderful. With the nebula filter on, the bright red star at one end of the Eta Carina nebula turned an angry red - quite striking - sort of like Sauron's eye.
