Alt az movements seem ok, the wedge is really sturdy, still having a bit of trouble getting the alignment right. Got it so that the star was only moving over 5 minutes. Then went and checked the latitude and I had it set wrong. So by 12.20 this morning, I had it fairly reasonable again. Have left the scope set up this morning and will get it spot on tonight. Like you I have to do calibration and training of the drives again.
Drift alignment is not as easy as I thought it would be, any tips and which stars do you use? Last night I used Rigel first and Sirius as my horizon star. This latter changed and I used Rigel first and another star near the horizon as the other star.
Anyway hopefully when I go over to the shack it will be easier as I should be able to sigma Octans. And do a one star alignment.
