I am very very happy with the service from Bintel in Melbourne too.
The only problem is that Bintel Melbourne has to wait for Bintel Sydney to send parts to them http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/....milies/sad.gif
Very frustrating sometimes.

Exactly what I was going to say and sometimes Bintel Sydney does not send the correct part and you wait even longer.
