Hi Lee

I was of the understanding that reducers / correctors / flatteners are best when matched to a specific optical system for which they were designed? If that is the case, then the reducer may not be suited to the ED80 in terms of its design and placement in the optical train?

I know that Takahashi seem to have quite specific reducers for their specific scopes and they also need to be placed at a defined distance from the sensor, using specific spacers, to avoid coma, etc.

Cheers

Dennis
