Hi Mike

I got the DMK first (after the $100 price drop) and then acquired the DBK direct from TIS before every man and his dog began distributing them in Oz. The DBK was purchased more as a fun camera for projects such as double stars. The panorama is a 3 pane mosaic.

The DMK allowed me to (relatively easily) grab the series of images for the Trapezium stars, whereas the DBK just produced too much noise and couldn’t pick up the fainter stars as I need to really pump up the Gain and Gamma.

Cheers

Dennis
