Hi Carl!
I am using my 350D and 10D with DSLRFocus in mirror lockup mode without problems.
What is needed that this works in DSLRFocus.
Connect your DSLR via USB,
Select in the Functions Menu on the camera "mirror lockup"
AND the important part:
Set the "DRIVE-Symbol" on the camera to the clock symbol!!
