This is one I see as my best..or one of that group..I have many taken around the time I took this.
It was one of an intensive shoot over five allnighters.
In truth there are so many of these I am not sure this was the best of the batch but it will do.
It was before stacking and dark frame and would have been about 400 seconds single exposure unguided on an old chinese mount.
300d with standard lens ...in those days probably 1600iso but I have never been able to get nights as good as the five nights this came from.
I was so happy because it was miles ahead of anything previous..and as I said anything after.
It losses a lot from the big one but you get the idea.
