Lee is spot on. Click on User CP, then in the left-hand part of the screen (not the far left), you can edit signature there.
The TOS for signatures just asks that it not be too long, ie: longer than 5 or so lines.
I'll also move this to the Website Feedback forum where it's more relevant.
