3 blurry views of Messier A/B

Hi all

These images were captured on the 28th September when the Moon was just past full. I was in no rush to process them though, because the seeing was terrible.

It's unfortunate too, because I've always wanted to capture the Messier A/B pair of craters but was never out at the right illumination. This time, the illumination was perfect but the seeing was 2/10 at best.

I started with the 5x powermate (far right image), then moved to the 3x barlow (middle image), and then to the 2x barlow (left image). The 2x barlow image is also a mosaic of 2 images. If nothing else, this series of images shows how the seeing impacts the usable image scale in a big way!

I'll have to try again for this pair next time around!
