LOL! That's probably not entirely fair Leon.
You'll here that from some people "in the know", but certainly not all. Those same doomsdayers said exactly the same thing about XP when it came out... and Win '98 before that and Win '95 before that. I've run Vista for a year and have had no problems with anything other than Starry Night, and I use many different programs - most of which are high-demand graphics publishing systems. Considering that Google Earth uses OpenGL and runs beautifully, why doesn't Starry Night? Vista problem? Don't think so..... Writers of software that fails to run on Vista should have had their problems fixed a year ago. When Vista settles down I bet it becomes one of the more successful OS's.
