Hi all,, Just bought a new laptop with VISTA. Programs like Starry night pro and Startarg would not work, in fact Starrynight would not even load or install correctly. I tried a few things and eventually got it to work. Here's how:
On the install or setup file:
1. Right click the file and enter the compatability tab, select and check the XP compatability checkbox
2. select and check the run as administrator checkbox.
3. Apply changes and run the setup program as usual.
After install find the executable file and repeat the above process on this file.
Hope this helps some of you who are probably having the same problems I have had. So far every file or program I have had problems with have been fixed with this process.
