Don't be put off my the quality of your Moon pic.

Imagine how NASA and the Professional observatories feel when Amatuers are getting better pics than they did only a few years ago and in some cases even now!!!

As bad as you think yours is, it is probably on par or better than the pros were getting not very long ago

Just keep at it.
I get frustrated with imaging too, but I keep going.

Some amateurs (Bird for example) are getting better, clearer Lunar images than the Lunar orbiters are getting!!! That must bug NASA
