Looks like a great book Mike, and one I'm keen to get.
Fred gave us his "Tomorrows' Telescopes" talk the other night at the MAS monthly meeting. It's the first time I've actually been fortunate enough to see Fred "live" as it were. What a hoot. His presentation style is so down to earth and interesting - yet delivered with a sense of humour that is infectious.
One thing about his lecture that I found hilarious was the "commercial break" to announce his new book. A true hat & cane affair that is so uncharacteristic of a professorial lecture. Funny-as.
