Since I retired I have probably been more active than for the last 10 years (supervisor, mostly in front of a screen or behind a steering wheel) also my new lady has re-introduced me to more fruit and vegies than I've been used to eating in the past. I've put on a bit of weight, but its a healthy increase. Alex, you are very correct about thinking positively about yourself, definitely makes a difference.
