This focuser came standard on my Bintel dob. I upgrade to a 10:1 model, which, I hear, is now the "new" standard on Bintel's units.

This was used less than 10 nights, and only 3 "full" nights. Works perfectly. I've never tinkered with it or done anything to it.

Of note, the base curvature matches a 12" Bintel dob. If you are to mount it on a different radius tube you can, but be aware the curvatures will not match perfectly; this will have no impact on focuser function. Alternate base plates may be available thru GSO or Bintel for separate purchase, I don't know.

Bintel sells for $99. I am asking $45 AUD plus the cost of shipping it to you via the method of your choice.
