Hi Paul, The easiest way to uninstall Vista and install XP is to buy a new hard drive and put XP on it. I seriously believe it would be the easiest way.
The new powered hub arrived today and I test run everything tonight and it is running perfectly, the DSI is just too power hungry for my lappy but now it purrs along and it also now talks happily with Maxim as well. I took a few test images and was very happy with the results.
