RJ11 and RJ12 seem to be the same thing but with 4 vs 6 pins. It has 6 pin spaces but most of the cables for phones here in Oz only have 2 or 4 wires in then so they are useless for connecting scopes.
Network cables are RJ45 with 8 pins.
RJ22 is smaller and has 4 pins. It can also be called RJ9 or RJ10.
Now I'm confused
