Excellent report much enjoyed!

NGC 6781 in Aquila is a very nice PNe and Aquila has several more varied but pretty bright ones that are also excellent targets. These include NGCs 6751, 6772, 6778, 6781 and 6804 off the top of my head.

Yep, Gamma Del is a lovely top draw pair.

Seems you were in the area of Alpha and Beta Cap, there is also a nice triangle of pairs about 4 deg S of Beta -- Pi, Omicron and Rho Cap all of which are fairly easy to see and attractive. They were mentioned in an article in S&T by Sissy Haas the U.S based renowned double star observer back in the late 90s I think, along with many other pairs in Cap.
