Thanks all
I just checked the DSS survey plates using Star Atlas Pro, and it appears there, its an uncharted galaxy it seems, it doesnt appear on the actual charts. Checked Uranometria charts too, not only does it not appear there, but the Planetary Neb doesnt either!
