Eclipse Anatonomy

A representation of the progress of the moon through the Earth's shadow during the eclipse.

If you spot a problem with any of the figures (dates, times, etc) then I'd really appreciate it if you let me know.

These are my pictures of the lunar eclipse taken through the Orion 80ED with Canon 350D. They are superimposed behind a graphic of the Earth over a mock shadow of the Earth. The Earth's Umbra is the orange area and its penumbra is the lighter shaded area (not to scale). The orange color for the umbra is the same hue as samples from my moon pics taken during totality. The pale beige color is the sample hue from penumbra photos.
