If you're wanting to simply display composite on a small (7" say) LCD, the photo frames won't do that but there are plenty of LCD's on eBay that will, takes a little hunting to find them, often they're associated with mini camera's like for reversing or door bell's or whatever.
(I've often looked for one to link it direct to my 350D while out in the field... but haven't justified the expense for such a toy
