I don't think (not really sure) Advanced Gif Animator will like them, nor will your computer when you link them all together as an animation. It will produce a SERIOUSLY HUGE file size.
When you finish each image in photoshop, save the new cropped and centered Animation Image as a Tiff and also as a Jpeg (at about medium quality) and use just the jpeg for the animation.
