Oh and when you use Advanced Gif Animator you can adjust the size of the individual images for each frame. ie if your final images from photoshop are 2400x2400 pixels, you can get AGA to automatically reduce them as it opens them to the desired size, say 900x900
btw in my previous post I am assuming all your images are saved jpegs. If not then the next post may not apply. You will need to use a program like Irfanview to convert your Tiff/Bmp etc to jpegs.
