Eric and Fahim, I offered to help Baz over the phone this evening (Thu) as PhotoShop layers, etc. are easier to talk about and demonstrate (even remotely) than write about. Looks like he found the info elsewhere and did a good job. I'll look into doing an article for IIS but I'd want to make it better than anything I've found on the web so far and that'd take some time to do properly.
In the meantime, we could try similar phone assistance when you have some images ready to go - but not until next week as I'll be away until Monday. PM me or e-mail
