wow, awesome site tonight..I live on the sunshine coast QLD..and I was all set for tonight .. I stepped outside my front door to find the brightest white moon Ive ever seen..Then cloud came over..oh no I was going to miss it all but then it went as quick as it came and for the last 2 hours Ive been gobsmacked..The moon went from bright white to red to dark red and now its just starting to get white again..Ive watched the whole change.

so close it was like I could just grab it..Ive taken some pics and will upload asap..I only have a canon s3is but Im happy with what Ive got..
all I can say if ya missed it you missed a great few hours.
