It's only 31 years since I rode this type of sport
, so I thought it would be interesting to go and see what's changed
. Most of these are photos of the A grade experts. One of the things that has changed since I rode is that each grade has a different difficulty section to ride, so it's only the really good riders that are doing the really difficult and dangerous stuff
. It was very daunting for the less skilled riders in the old days when everyone rode the same sections! ...but even then they weren't this difficult!
No one was hurt in any of the "offs" that I captured - despite appearances!
Anyway, I thought it might be something a little different to have a look at.
