All these considerations are down the track but i think your comment about taking the AN/encoders with me when I "eventually" upgrade
is a good one.
I read a post about the Northern Hemisphere-centric nature of the Intelliscope but that was from some time ago and thought that may not be as much of a factor now.
I thought the motors tracked, as well, but I have no real idea so it is good to get some feedback from the forum.
