‘Roos walk on water, Red moon rising & Feathers in the sky

Hello,

One week prior to the Qld Astrofest we went camping at Elanda Point, on Lake Cootharabra some 1 hour from Noosa. Here are some photos we took with our Pentax *ist DS DSLR with the Sigma 18-50mm F3.5-5.6 DC and Sigma 55-200mm F4-5.6 DC kit lenses. A couple were also taken with the WO 80mm EDII refractor.

Cheers

Dennis

PS – Professor Fred Watson concluded his talk at Astrofest on the Saturday with a photo of kangaroos hopping on water too!
