I think it has just been a bad season for seeing in oz nearly everywhere.. 
I`m amazed at what can be accomplished with a 10" and a nice ccd.

I agree with you, this years weather's been quite uncooperative.
Last year was very good as I can remember.
Oh well, being starved just makes us that little more eager
Yes I'm loving this scope and now I've done those upgrades to the tube and the primary cell, collimation stays in beautifully. Less fuss and more imaging time is a bonus.
