Wow, what a project Jase, very interesting. You captured a cool 3D effect. Just a bit of star halo left (I get that all the time with narrow band, I guess youve tried colour range select/modify larger/feather/minimum filter on the RGB).
Never upscale Lum?, umm, eek, I always do ;-). I have a small chip, I find doubling makes subsequent processing much smoother, and some processes can often make the image appear to have a higher res than it really has.
Again, yawn, another fine effort ;-).
