You can open your "network connection, under status, details".
It will list 1 or 2 dns servers.
If using an automatic ip address, it should point to the gateway first.
These can be altered in TCP/IP properties.
I would try changing your primary dns to point to your ISP, see if that makes a difference.(This will by-pass the router forwarding the query) If not, just change it back to the prior setting.
No need to restart after, it configures on the fly.


Your router DNS is normally set by your ISP, this may not be alterable.
