Thanks Paul & Andrew; it has been a very nice and enjoyable experience to be outdoors capturing these jewels of the night, although it has been somewhat chilly in this unseasonable cold snap that has hit Brissie.
Paul – we’ve had some clear, albeit windy and cool nights down here in Brissie, so I’ve managed to get out several times recently. The M180 will be coming to Duckadang although I might mount it on the venerable GPDX as I can control that mount with Digital Sky Voice (voice operated astronomy application) whereas the Tak EM200 doesn’t have drivers for that.
