Clear glass or filter

Now here's the question. By replacing my IR filter with Baader UV/ir filter am I prevnting myself from working with other filters tha can be added to the scope?
Garyh, Your images are superb. Would the built in Baader interfere with additional filters?
Houghy,Your images pick up amazing detail but seem very strong in red cast, how would this be counteracted or is this infact a more correct appearance of the nebulae you have imaged? If I modified with clear glass what filter/ filters would you suggest
