Neptune with Toucam, 5th July 2007

This is the best I can probably do with a non-tracking Dob and Toucam combo.

I had to have the settings cranked to maximum just to see anything on the screen. I shot 3 videos of Neptune drifting through the FOV. I then used Registax to process each video separately, using half the frames from each (~ 80 - 100) and save the results as 3 Tiffs. I then used Registax again to stack the 3 Tiffs to get the final image.

Yes, I know it is small, fuzzy and uninteresting but I like to push the envelope.
