Addendum:Flogging a dead horse! (hopefully i am just not talking to myself!)
I said previously "Councils (thesedays) = strident Corporate Identities" Identities? Entities!
All we need now is for local councils (corporations) to list on the stock exchange and having stockholders (ratepayers?) baying for massive profits - that will be the end!
