Inferior to you maybe John.....I think the pentax are a great pair of binoculars but you wont get the same support from retailers.....Nikon win by a long way comparing both...I think its personal preference.
I was going to buy the Pentax 10 x 50 PCF from a local retailer as they were the best value for money......but I just loved the feel of the nikon's.
I have seen these Pentax for around $240 new...maybe the price is a little too high....and some may want to go for at least 50mm aperture.
