Hi John sounds like you have exactly the same problem as myself .

I have retired my UO orthos for visual use for a full range of the longer eye relief Televue Radians & Type 4 Naglers and a 31mm Nagler.
All these Televue will work with the new Dioptrx Astigmatism correctors from Televue.

In case your not aware of these you get them in the strength of astigmatism correction required and then you rotate them to suit the angle you require.
They fit on top of the long eye relief TV EP's and are just an additional lens.
This means you don't need your glasses for viewing.

I found that even with the long eye relief eyepieces your glasses have to rest against the rubber eye cap some times and this leads to smears on the glasses , very frustrating , not to mention the reflections that glasses tend to through even multi coated glasses.
These Correctors I think will be a god send .
I am how ever not getting rid of my orthos as they are still superior than the TV for planetary and will us em for eyepiece projection imaging.
