I think that is good !
100,000,000 bit/sec
=100,000 bytes/sec
= 100 Kilo Bytes/sec (KB)
= a download speed of 6 MegaBytes (MB) / Minute
Sounds very good to me

Based on an update I just did, my download speed is 3 Megabytes/Minute
Speed will of course always vary depending on the size of the download.
Downloads are alway throttled back by the ISP (well Telstra do anyhow!) as the length of the download increases.
Typical speeds start at 100k/sec & throttle back to 40 to 60kb/ sec.
