Thanks mate, he is as you probably know on several lists and seems to have just vanished without indicating he was going to be missing for a week or so. Either myself and a couple of other forum owners have sent him PM's and as yet no response.
Of course it might all be perfectly cool and he might be doing some real estate stuff with his young bloke, time will tell
