I saw Maccholz last night too... right above rigel. the seeing for me was real bad with fog and light misty clouds. I took a pic of saturn as it was rising (my scope was almost dead flat) and of course they arent great but what can you do. the shape is there but thats about it.
glad you had fun ice...
gong up to a dark(ish) site tomorrow night if all is clear. wish me luck
