Did you take this image through the Tak?
I am trying to pick out the area in Octans but its a bit hard to say with the trailing....
Maybe like you mention, that the scope axis is not parallel with the mounts axis.. If you rotate your OTA 180 deg and take another image it will show as being off centre on the other side...
