I've read the article on rating seeing/transperancy on the IIS "Projects & articles" section found
here and the system used is one where transperancy is rated from 0-7. However, I never see people rate transperancy on a scale of 7.
My question is, what other transperancy scales are out there in use and where can I find transperancy scales from 0-5 or 0-10 which I can correlate these ratings against?
