That's your first ever image? That's absolutely fantastic, especially for only 10 seconds of video!!
For the histogram, use k3ccdtools to capture, and in the preview screen you should get a histogram bar in the top left corner, with 0 at the bottom at 255 at the top. You want to set your exposure/gain so that the white bar is above 200.
Your image looks good though - not under or overexposed.
