Thanks Paul,
if only the weather was kind to me I could finally get to see a spiral galaxy with a push of a button. I just read your post & feel for you. I have a skyscout & find it invaluable for locating the alignment stars, that's how I located the approxiamate location of the SCP (they aren't pin-point acurate).

Good luck with your wedge & maybe investing in a cheap low power binnos (10x20 ), tripod & laser ensemble will assist. Then site the laser point through your scopes EP for a rough start.

Anyway, I bet you have a long list of guides to try...Light pollution sucks!
