That's a huge image!
If the seeing is poor, resampling really isn't worth the extra effort and time in processing. In fact, in poor seeing, sometimes reducing the image scale will give you a more pleasing final result.

What's the FL of your SN-10?
Did you use the ToUcam?

There's some significant colour shift in your image too, with a large blue limb bottom right, and red on the top left. This can be re-aligned in registax which will make the image look much better, too.

How long was your capture for? and what were the other settings?

Nice result and with a few improvements it will improve even more!
